HB Not working at all

My father and I both use HB. Yesterday we started to get some serious issues. His HB would not load at all. Any profile on any character for anything.

So I troubleshooted and redownloaded a new one, extracted it into a new folder. Still did the same thing.

Now mine isn't working at all. The loading screen that describes what is happening will not work.

I need help to fix this. I payed for lifetime and I don't deserve to be toyed like this as a paying customer.

Check your firewall exceptions, and you should attach a logg for a mod.

Allowed the exception, and nothing new happened. This seems to be a program error. I need help figuring it out without compromising character information at all.

Then just Edit your log information and upload it, otherwise a mod wont help u, maybe they accept a PM log.

Make a thread in the support forum with a log attached.

There is nothing in the log to identify you.
You do more to identify yourself by posting a screenshot with your current exp, a timestamp, your exact coordinates, bag items, and positions of those items in your bags.
