Well, my HB returned to work and I want to thank the HB support and especially to Tony ... what has been done ?? I will say, and others that may have the same problem, here's the correct procedure!
remove:
- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable
restart your pc,
download the installationwizard
http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++

It is very important this step, and windows update may take, have to be patient.
Once you have removed microsoft visual c ++ redistributable x86 2005-2015, restarted the PC, installed BuddyWizard and made the necessary updates, open the windows update and make updates!
Restart your PC again, and open the HB as you normally as you would use me something happened ... "authentication failed" ... appeared to me, and to solve this I simply deleted the HB and reinstalled, everything is working perfectly! Thank you all and sorry for my English!
