i have 3 active keys for use with hb and none of them are currently working. hb will act as if it were wanting to launch but freezes up after saying '

so what i did was disable all my streams in my purchases on hb store than restore just the crucial ones i need...yet still not working. so then i went to windows/settings/apps to uninstall hb from registry and then went to windows file explorer to delete all remaining files from hb from the computer. i did complete reinstall and yet still same issue View attachment 227758 realized i posted in wrong forum so i reposted this same thread with logs this time in the support forum thanks
