HB not streaming

Hi, i like a heap of other users am not able to use Honorbuddy unless every product from store is disabled.

this is after a fresh install and deleting the new cache as well, if all products including kicks are disabled then honorbuddy runs however this means i cannot lvl my char.
Could you please give me a hand with this or an eta? would be much appreciated. Thanks a loyal customer.

This is issue HB-1944 on the '.766 Known Bugs List. The staff are investigating the issue, but no ETA.
