HB not startng

I have a fresh install downloaded today.

When I run the exe file the process runs but nothing happens.

I have attached the log.

Any help is much appreciated.

Vista 32-bit, SP 1

Try getting SP 2? Im on vista 32 - bit SP 2 works fine for me
