HB not starting, period

I'm new to HB, with other bots going down as of late, and on my first download, I'm getting an error as below. Thanks in advance for your help. If I find success with HB, I will be expanding to multiple sessions =). Also, thank you for standing up to Blizzard and not crumbling as the rest have.






Edit: I am running as admin and XP SP3 compat.

you need to download and install the .Net framework 3.5 sp1, and do your windows updates.
