HB not starting on windows XP laptop

have everything, .net 2 / 3.5 / 4

HB fresh copy.

Full install of WoW

Process is started in task manager - Nothing on task bar or applications page of taskman

Its really weird....

No cant provide logs as its not creating any lol

Yes i am and yes you can, Its not a administration issue can tell that by the log as the program is starting just not fully initalizing have a feeling .net diededed

Fixed - was right .net was screwed /lock pl0x
