HB not responding when i try to load a profile ?

Hi im new to HB so dont no much about it . ive download my hb and got profiles from a friend. HB initialises fine attaches to wow np but does not respond when i load a profile im using 32bit and dx9 have updated .net and all updates for pc and drivers ive read alot of posts on here and tried alot of the responses and still nothing works pls help

hi there i now think it may be a computer prob cos when i get to the browse stage of the log upload the same thing happens i get to the part where i choose the log and it does not respond and crashes ( same as on HB with the profiles ) also i have just noticed when i have wow open and no other files net nothing my cpu is on 95-100 %

without a log we cant tell,you can try to upload your log as a zip
