HB not responding after start up

When i start up HB, sometimes when i load a profile it basicly runs stuck.
Or it runs the profile and stucks after 30sec.
Or it doesnt run the profile at all...
Also when i try to exit HB, it crashes.

I am having the same issue. Looks like it's stuck trying to retrieve products from the store?

Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while

Yeah, tbh, i dont use HB allot anymore, but i think i've gotten this message more then half the time i wanted to use it.

use dx9 instead and let me know

Tried again, and worked. But i think the problem would come back once again, as i've had it on my other PC aswell wich already had dx9 on.
