HB not queing random bg on my Mage

I just finished up leveling my rogue through HB now i'm working on my level 21 mage but its not queueing. I start the bot, it says: "Current zone is Orgrimmar

But it absolutely doesn't queue any help would be greatly apprecited. I reinstalled twice now, on different drives too. Thanks in advance
