HB not loading

Just done a fresh install of HB, but when I load from installer and open wow and then the HB tool comes up, it gets stuck on "Checking for buddy store products. This may take a while" Its been like this for the last 35mins. Anyone getting the same or any idea's how to fix? 3rd reinstall now.

Disable your routines in the store, it will work.

Ya u may need to disable some of the plugins or routines you have installed in the store....just log into the buddystore through a web browser and go in and manually turn them off, this happened to me a while back and fixed my issue of getting stuck on that part of the screen.
