HB not loading?

As the title says I cant get HB to open. Is anyone else having this issue? Run as admin in 32 bit but when I click run after the key imput screen the other window opens for 5 sec then closes. Did I miss something lol,

Mine is doing the same thing, do you have Windows 7 and did a Microsoft Security Essentials update occur on 4/24/2016?
