HB not killing mobs

Hey all, I'm new to creating profiles and need a little help. I'm attempting to make a grinding profile to farm Azure Whelpling, but the bot just runs around the hotspot area and doesn't kill anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Any of you pro's out there able to help? Once i get this figured out, i can use this for a template for future projects. Again, any help is appreciated, thanks.

<Factions></Factions> needs to be there with a number in it

click on a mob, press "my target" and you'll get:
