HB not booting up all the way

So HB gets to "Initializing Spell List" or whatever it says on the bottom left... than crashes.

I get a clean HB, put my routine and crap over, still nothing.

Started happening about 30-45 min ago.

make a new Hb installation from scratch (no plugins) and let me know
