HB no carga con un personaje

Cuando intento cargar el HB con un personaje no carga, y solo me pasa con este pj. Ya he realizado a mano las misiones pendientes y nada. Está a nivel 93 y son las misiones de Draenor. Os pongo captura:

Este log está incompleto y no se que puedo aconsejarte, hay un XML corrupto en el archivo de este char - hay que suprimir este XML archivo, pero como el log está incompleto no se cual es el char y donde buscar el archivo, mira en HB\Settings o manda un log completo como fichero adjunto y sin copiar/pegar por favor.

Buscar y suprimir el archivo llamado UISettings.xml o los ajustes de este personaje Honorbuddy\Settings\Nombre del reino\Nombre del char
