Hb - Moving to Ground - Not Moving with POI Nearby?! - HELP

Ok, I don't understand, he'll be at a horde campsite, fly up a little, then this message shows up on HB "Moving to Ground - Not Moving with POI Nearby"

He'll fly back down and dismount...

he does this abit in a short time and it looks rly bottish, I usually have to restart the bot to get him to fly...

whats going on?
