HB Mount Issue

Hey guys,

Having trouble getting the bot to mount. I've tried all the conventional methods (repairing, reinstalling, deleting cache, etc.) and searched the forums but nothing has worked. The bot will not mount on any character or on any bot mode. I've tried everything I could find, any help would be appreciated.
