HB Loginkey lost - what shall i do?

ive lost my loginkey for HB2, i had to format my computer and didnt note my key. where can i ask for anotherone?

using the same email u used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

hmm...i tryed to get a new password for my account, it says "email sent" and i received it, too. But then it says (for registered Email and new password) "Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.

The user name or password provided is incorrect."
wtf?!
