HB login

Just started having this problem. Smetimes when i try to open hb it skips login and opens up hb window but doesnt load anything. tried re opening couple times and restarting computer. I have to do a fresh install every time it does this.

Is a log even created when that happens? (had to be asked... sorry... lol)
