HB loading plugins multiple times

HB is loading some of the plugins multiple times at startup which is unfortunately messing whit their functionality (if one is enabled all 3 instances get enabled after closing plugin window, which is resulting in plugin doing certain tasks 3 times in a row)

it is happening only on one PC, tried reinstalling whole HB but still the same.
