HB launcher cant start wow.exe since today

Hello

Since today my HB launcher cant start wow anymore. I get attached error messagen.

steps done so far:

- deleted said TEMP folder
- de-installed, removed files, re-installed HB

Still the same problem.

Sorry, the Log folder is empty after re-install - The program does not start after clicking "ok" on the message.

If I start HB without Wow I get attached log (which just states that Wow is not running - such a surprise)

looks like Windows has stopped using explorer.exe to open .lnk files (shortcuts)

take a look here plz
