HB Key - bought and haven't received it yet

Good evening,

I've decided to switch from ***** to HB , so yesterday I bought a 1month subscription to give it a try. Somehow I still haven't received the key. I opened a request (#106700), sent a screenshot of the purchase's transaction and still NOTHING. It's been almost 24 hours since I bought it and I think this issue could've been resolved almost instantaneously.

it takes a real life person to go though and manually fix those kind of issues. it can take up to 72 hours for those requests to be completed. please be patient.
