HB keeps crashing?

I was running windows xp, HB was crashing, so i switched to windows 7, fresh install. .net framework installed, fresh install of HB. Keep getting this error, im in 32 bit and am right clicking for run as admin.
Any Ideas?
Will submit screenshot and log.

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

The wizard fixed it, my C++ wasnt installed, via fresh Windows OS install....Sorry for wasteing thread space, my fault.
