HB keep stopping for no reason, need help

hello.. my HB keep stopping every once awhile when doing BG or GB2. heres my log

i keep getting "Session is invalid!" messages.. tried to restart hb several times, he will gather a node, then get the error, it's been like this for the past 15 mins

Server is probably laggin and crashing. (downloading p0rn instead of watching it streamed -.- lol)
