HB keep running past the mobs he is attacking

Hi all!
So i'm quite new to HB, i'm using it on a pala from 1 to 80 (74 now )
This is my problem, HB go around very well, target mob, attack them.. and then quite always, after 1 or 2 attack he start running away from the mob, do something like 20 yard and then turn and go again in the mob direction, just to run past him again and again, dosn't happens all the times but it happens.
tried also on a new char, a warlock and every time he cast shadowbolt then he start running past the mob with no reason..
Tested with HB beta10 HB questing beta 1 HB 1.91 HB 1.92 both in grinding mode and with default CC (for both pala and lock) and with mord CC for pala and Sky CC for lock, same behaviour.
Can post a log ofc but log dosn't realy say anything..
Am i doing something wrong?

Ok i reply by myself, was a problem in the CC with an easy fix in the combatcheck logic (sky worked it out in the new release of his lock CC) if you try to StopMove when not moving the bot bug and run away (on my sistem at least)

i have the same problem with the default warrior CC , could you tell me how to fix that problem please ?
