HB just shuts down

HB wont go past logging in screen not sure why i did a fresh instal and nothing has changed from last instal so i dont know what to do any ideas?

make sure wow is in windowed mode

also check if you have any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed
