HB is won't working

Hey,

One of my friend joined honorbuddy team about a week ago

But he's HB is not working anymore ,
Windows : XP

When he double click on HB , after 5 sec ... Nothing

after double click HB will be added in Processes of Task Manager , Not Applications , Just Processes

Is there anything that i might tell him ?

He's lazy that's why i'm here
