HB is Legal to play WOW with him????

Hello guys, i playing WOW with HB but im suspended now 2 years .I want to buy new acc ,and I want to Continue play wow with HB is is possible or they will suspend me again
 
It is legal, but not approved by Blizzard, indeed, so once they catch you again, they will suspend you for 6 months, correct!
