Hb is down? Help !very confused!

Yes, HB is back up. You're probably running in x64.

how do i change it without battle.net?

Rename wow-64.exe to wow-64-BAK.exe and then launch wow. exe

restart your machine

make sure your wow is updated

log in game world and then run Hb
