HB is "bugged" or something else...

I didn't use my HB program since 1 year, and at the moment I'm seeing that It's has been changed a bit. And the problem is I'm trying to load a profile, but It's happening nothing... and there is 2 options ' Recent' and 'From Web Source'. So it woud be great if some have a clue what is it, and I reinstalled the full HB again, and still the same problem...
