HB is acting very slow

Hi, i just hit lvl 60 with my dwarf Paladin and started hb questing in outland using Synik's Alliance 58-70 Questing Profile, the Profile works, but theres something wrong with HB, it takes up to 10 sec. till its doing something...

For example, Hb kills a Mob, is standing there like 10 sec doing nothing until its next action, thats very annoying and looks very botish, the debug log says following:

Nevermind, seems its because HB has been shutdown.
