HB instantly giving a error on start up

Hello Guys,

didn't knew where to post this so I post it here.
As soon as i launch HB(as Administrator ofc) it gives me an error message when i click send error report it doesn't work and tells me "Transfering report. (ERR This application has submitted too many reports. ) when i press cancel it shows me a few more times the error window and then closes... When I just ignore those errors the but launchs with nothing loaded.
