HB instance buddy constant crashes

hi im having instance buddy crash all the time entering instances or leaving i have clear cache repaired wow i have dx9 and i checked in game and it says the 3d9d or wot ever it is thing and im still having crashes all the time i have attached logs i have hb version 2.0.0.4354 which is the latest i have no add ons what so ever please help

do you have an nVidia graphics card?
