Is it possible for Blizzard to inject HB like HB injects WoW?

To do that they would have to detect it first, and then they already have all the proof they need to ban you. So what's the point?

Honorbuddy and Demonbuddy are bots that automate WOW and D3. Blizzard sued me personally and as CEO in the court of Leipzig to stop using WOW and D3. Using means, to load it into RAM, to display it on any Monitor or Device and to save it on any harddisk. The court of Leipzig found it to be true that WOW and D3 are only ment to be used for personal usage.


Now we find, since WOW and D3 are ment to be used ONLY for privat use, the court made clear there is no ecxeption, following that logic Honorbuddy and Demonbuddy can only be for privat use too.


Months ago we withdraw Blizzard any licences they had with. We forbid them to use Honorbuddy and Demonbuddy in front of the court of Leipzig.


But not a month after, Blizzard started a big banwave and you know the rest. In court Blizzard also presented how they used Honorbuddy with *****engine. They were directly harming our intellectual property rights. We say enough is enough! If we find out that Blizzard uses Honorbuddy/Demonbuddy again - we will ask the court to put a fine on them for up to 250.000 EUR, and if not paid alternativelly up to 6 months jail for the man in charge. Stay tuned - we assume that the court will soon appoint a hearing, probably September - October.

so to sum it up. first they aren't allowed to run honorbuddy AT ALL, just like Bossland is not allowed to run Blizzard Games during business hours. if they are found to be doing so, they get a very hefty fine. now, the only injecting they have done and have admitted to was playing around like a leet teenage haxor using of all things ***** engine. the tools they have and ship do not have the ability to inject into anything. there's already been tons and tons of conversations about what warden can and cant do and injection into other applications is not one of those things.

lol, how do you will find whose offsets in new realeases, if you forbid to use WoW?

why do you think they can't hire some hardcore reversers? for example create independed firm or hire persons.

and personally question to GodenameG - why you don't act against code**ion team?

also your step to disable arena was very irrational, b'cos creating of arena "enabler" for hb is matter of time only.

now stay waiting for banwave in September - October xD.

btw ***** engine is very handy tool, stop blaming for using it

While a lot of offsets are made publically available on a few forums and such, I'd assume not nearly enough of them to cover HB. I'm also curious as how they get offsets without actually using the client. Allthough it did say "during business hours". Which means Bossland could be twiddling their thumbs during business hours and then find the offsets on their free-time, I guess?

This is correct you can dump offsets using ida or any debugger and since LUA is inside the client you can easily search for string to find most offsets easily. So you really do not have to "run" the client to get these.

Bossland is forbidden to use wow during office hours as his post says. its not my job to update the bot so i wouldn't know what methods they use if any.

because they are paying so much for lawyers at this point. if they could of pulled in some coders and killed bots and hacks off with warden or any other method they would of done it rather then paying groups of people to run a legal battle.

again its not my area so i wouldnt be able to tell you what steps have or have not been taken against *****s and i wont comment about it. its a bossland thing.

we've NEVER supported arena. if we did we would of made of botbase to handle it instead of letting people work around something it was never meant to do. the decision was already made years ago, the only thing the "decision" did was disable something we overlooked. now rather then spend more hours trying to block something completely we've just gone back to what it was. we do NOT support it if your going to do it your completely on your own and no support will be provided to you. our dev team has bigger and better things they could be working on.

i didnt say it wasnt handy, but if your a professional and want to figure out what a game or application is doing there are more professional tools that you would use BEFORE cheetengine.

Also to really answer the first question.

Yes it is possible.
Is it legal? NO.

Reason behind this is warden cannot scan outside of its own memory. So warden cannot look for honorbuddy. So it looks for random things and checks for certain memory being edited or written.
Because if they were allowed to "inject" hb they wouldn't even need to go that far because the second they knew of hb's existence on the machine they would just ban you.

yep this is correct and vise versa, where is no need to run honorbuddy to reverse it.

So, this court of Leipzig is just a waste of time.
