HB immediately crashes after launch

After i start honorbuddy (doesnt matter launcher or no) it is always crashing - "dffzrebhpi.exe" stopped working. I tried to reinstall HB, restart my PC, run as administrator everything and nothing worked

...If it's still an issue, are you running Anti-virus? That use to crash my HB all the time.

I don't use Anti-virus, this PC has been used only for HB launcher for a long time.

Window 7 fresh install since 1 week !

No I don't have program in the list!

It works on Windows 10 (I have used this pc for botting)
It doesn't work on windows 7 (I have also used this pc for boting for a looooooong time)
