HB giving error

I am currently receiving this error and i have restarted my computer several times and dont knw how to fix it. when i start HB to update it does this. i have also tried redownloading it and its telling me the second image uploaded.

I have been getting the same error. I have attached the full, unedited log. What there is of one.

Edit: Since I figured the response would be to clean install, I just did a clean install. No error. It would be interesting to know why it was getting a 404 and other people don't. The url is either valid or it is not. I didn't sniff the network to see what the url was. Maybe my firewall, or windows was blocking it for some reason?
