HB gets stuck on logging in

Everytime i load HB, it gets stuck on logging in for about 10 minutes, then gets stuck on Initializing Spell Manager for another 10 minutes.. then crashes?

I've tried reinstalling completely, ive tried deleting settings folder, i've tried restarting my pc too!

I have no anti virus and it worked fine the other day :/

been stuck on that for around 15minutes now
