Hb/gb

I understand that every once in a while blizzard will update and hb/gb will be down for a little bit that's fine. But I don't understand is as long as HB has been around it still can run a questing profile smoothly. All kicks questing profiles are amazing but they cant be afk either because the bot crashes so much. I spend just as much time maintains the bot as i did playing wow before hb. Yes HB does help alot but I'm still seeing the same problems i did when i first bought HB.
