Yesterday i finally received my new Imac 27" with I5 quad-core cpu and 6 GB ram. My plan is to use only Snow Leopard (cause i love macosx software and s.o.) but i need to run my 3x GB/HB lifetime accounts to sell golds :)

I installed the latest Parallels along with Windows XP Service Pack 3 and did all the upgrades from Microsoft. At first everything was fine and smooth, even in coherence mode with macos windows style (lol awesome) but i noticed that after 1-2 hours all my bots crashed and windows Virtual machine made a reboot. I tried everything,1x session,2x mixed sessions (1x gb and 1x hb) but no luck...still a crash every 1-2 hours, totally random.

Now i'm trying with windows7 32bit inside parallels...will report back soon!

P.S. i read the GB on linux thread...maybe the problem is windows xp with Service pack 3...don't know

Inside mac there is a program that lets you switch from MAC to Windows and vise versa any time you want.
Heres a link to a guide on how you set it up on your own computer: http://www.apple.com/macosx/compatibility/
All new macs have this program preinstalled.

+Rep if I helped you

For my new imac 27" I use VMware Fusion running windows xp and WOW/HB works fine in that

Ok,after 24 hours of test i can say that the problem was Windows XP service pack 3.

Windows 7 (with all the updates ) is working great, very stable and quite fast...just 200 mb more ram used :)

Ross2000 : can i ask you what version of windows xp are you using ? Service pack 1 ? How many bots can you run on it ?

With parallels+windows7 with 1500 MB ram assigned i can run 2wow+2GB really smooth or 3wow+2GB+1HB not so smoothly :) (like 20 fps every window)

I use GB/HB 24 hours for 7 days a week (always lol) and i want to use my Imac with MacOsX (that i love). Bootcamp is not a solution for me :)

I have a lifetime gb,so maximum 3 sessions...i just need to find the correct windows version to use :) It's usable for now with windows7 anyway
