HB/GB Deleting Macros?

Has anyone else come across the problem of either HB or GB wiping the account wide macros?

It made a few new blank macros in the character specific spot, but deleted all my others.

I've run into this problem when running multiple copies of the WoWclient out of the same directory, but at no other time.

This confused the heck out of me, as macros are now stored server-side, and not client-side. So I don't know what was happening, exactly.

Just another data point for something funny going on.

I thought it was the other way around? I thought they were now saved client-side?

Server-side since 3.0.2

Patch 3.0.2 / Dungeon & Raids / User Interface / 5th bullet from the bottom of that section.

Its also documented at WoWWiki, and other less official places.
