HB (full version) and the wow trial client

They are not compatible? I wanted to try it out and now I have to upgrade the wow client to full version?

i Believe HB is designed to work with the latest clients only, so im not sure it would work on a trial.

He doesn?t mean trial accounts. He means WOW TRIAL, as in a demo. You can download it, so it takes 1-2 mins to install and you can only play the first 20 levels or so. atleast you can only enter those areas.

Hmm... I'm pretty sure I tried it on the trial client at one time or another. That was a while ago though.

Full version with a trial account I know for a fact works though.

No, there is a trial client too. Its like 10MB and streams the content as you're playing so you don't need the full 18GB client.

Which i've never managed to get HB to work on anything but the latest wrath patches, without downgrading of course.

Its the newest patch revision (I would think it has to be since it connects to normal servers) but only has the content for the starting areas, and will download additional content the farther out you explore, I believe.

Ah i see, i've never tried it.
So its like Guild wars or something, where you go to a loading screen and wait for it to download?

The download itself is 3.3MB, so its definitely grabbing data as you go, though I don't remember seeing any loading screens.

I doesnt give loading screens I believe its constantly downloading the rest of the data while you play and level
