HB fails to load

Hello,

I've been trying to use my HB, but I always get the error message "msvcp110.dll is missing".
I've already uninstalled .NETFramework etc etc that I saw as a solution on forums to this kind of error.
The screenshot on the attachment file proves that I have in my computer the msvcp110.dll file and the error persists.
I have another screenshot that shows there's no LOGS folder on my HB folder, so I dont have a log file to this error...

I've already re-installed Windows from zero and the first software that I installed was HB and World of Warcraft, but this error persists.

PC specs (if necessary)(dont judge me, its an old pc)
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33Ghz
4BG RAM
WINDOWS 7 ultimate x64bits

I had this same error on a x32bits windows 7.

I've already search this forum for solutions, none solved my problem.

Any hints on what can I do?

In the future, to analyze most problems, its the log the Support staff needs to see.
