HB failed to load profile from budy store

use dx9 instead and let me know plz
 
nope nothing from this list is installed on my pc/wow client
 
i read something about honorbudy client email adress has to match the mail adress of the buddy store.
I did not remember the email adress i bought honorbuddy with so i registerd with my common mail adress in the buddy store.

i thought it wasnt a problem because i get the list of profiles i bought in the store when i choose "load profile from buddystore".

as i said the only problem is that it doesnt load the profile is chose.
 
no thats wrong,something on your machine crashing it
 
there are many guys with the same problem as me :)

changed to english client.
updated HB with latest version.

still stuck in loading profile with kicks questing profile.

dont use mixed mode. if you want to quest change the dropdown to questing.
 
There is no questing in my dropdown

I try to load the Profile from the buddy store
