HB Error when running

I am always getting error message:
Talented] You have not yet selected a talent build! Please open the form and select one
how do I fix this? thanks for the help

yes I am..and I am trying to figure this out..its great and fun when i can get it to work! and helpful hints on how to set it up would be great.. and how to set up my character profiles when in pvp or pve gathering!
