So downloaded the newest version and I get this

Its weird because the "Could not load file" part mentions version 2.5.7943.663 which is NOT the version I'm using at all. Getting a little annoyed. Installed the "fixes" for other problems users have ran into but no go (this means the framework and redistributable)
