HB, dosnt respond

Hello HB team, hope u can help me quick as usually

My problem is that when i try to start Honorbuddy it dosnt respond, ive tried re installing hb a biilion times, and restarting pc and so on.


What might cause this problem ? i obviously have not log since i dont even get into HB software

First, let's reboot your machine and see if that repairs your issue.

Most of the time, Honorbuddy produces a log in these situations. Please find it an attach it.

Without the log, the best we can offer is to make certain you've got the required dependencies intact. See "Repairing it Manually" in this article:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​

Do another 'clean install' as defined in this article:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

And, make certain that you are launching the game client and Honorbuddy with Windows administrative privileges (i.e., right-click on each, and "Run as Administrator").


Without a log of the issue, this is going to be the full extent of our ability to help you.

i ofcourse did all that, problem consists, gues ill try a clean windows install....

Before doing that re-install, let's make certain your Antivirus isn't interfering with Honorbuddy:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

You might need to go so far as to temporarily uninstall it. If its not the Antivirus, then we're out of ideas without a log.
