HB dont turn in the quests

I wrote this issue before but I didnt recieved any help.. hope I will find the help this time

HB does not turn in the quests (not all of them but most of them, I can say 95% from them)

my character keep clicking on the quest giver and cancel it, click again and cancel, click and cancel

I double checked my latency and my anti-virus and everything.. everything is fine.

probably a latency issue
are you dowloading stuff the same time?

no Tony I'm not.. I tried everything and I added u to my MSN so that u told me u will check my PC but u r always offline.
my latency is fine its 100ms most of the times
