HB don't ask for my key?

When I start honorbuddy, it doesn't ask for my key, so it won't open any kind of logs so I can provide it to solve the problem. I bought the bot yesterday, and I watched several videos and I read the manual to make it work, but it still doesn't work.
Have anyone else had the same experience?

RE-download a zip file and try again
