Ok, deleting the settings folder help - but can someone find the error? I don't feel like setting up all settings of every character again :/

clearing your settings is the only way

Thank you Tony - then I will write a little script which backs up the settings before starting HB - it is a pain to setup all settings for all chars (combar routines, keyboard, addons, etc.)
