HB does not Start correctly

Hey guys since the patch HB isnt starting always on start i get the error "Coild not LOad file or assembly "fasmdll_managed.dll" or one of its dependencies.


WoW & HB are startet as Admin

HB is on the Desk in an new Folder

My Os : Windows 7 Ulti x64
